Think of power suits, boho chic outfits, fluid dresses, bright florals, fringes, suede, and all kinds of feminine styles. There are lots of stunning staples that can recreate seventies look. Let’s start from accessories. Go for oversized sunglasses with round or square frames. This addition will make you look like a real disco diva. Make sure to wear long, flowy and messy locks that will make sunnies look sophisticated. Next must-have is a hat. It can be fedora, floppy-hat and all kinds of other brimmed styles that will easily make you look chic and ladylike. Think of high-waisted bottoms that will easily elongate your legs. Flared jeans look bohemian inspired and slouchy, that’s why you can easily style them with all kinds of button-down shirts and tees. Try them on with chunky sky high heels or wedges. My next favorite is a fluid, flowy skirt or a dress. I recommend to try on tea-length or over-the-knee styles in light fabrics and easy-peasy prints. Oh, I almost forgot to mention maxi gowns that are so 1970’s inspired. My next favorite is A-line mini skirt that looks so much 1970’s schoolgirl inspired. You can try them with casual tops, simple tees and button-down shirts.
