If you do like cozy outerwear, then you should give a try to long coats this year. Today’s topic is long coat trend. Why do we love these creations so much? I think it’s all about their versatility that makes us look both bright and sophisticated. In this street style compilation I tried to gather all my favorite outfit ideas that feature cozy coats and trench coats made of heavy wool fabrics in earth hues. When I see ladies in these bulky outerwear pieces, I automatically start to think of normcore trend. Of course, there are lots of coat types to choose from, but the length makes them look very similar with each other. Yes, you are free to choose whatever long coat you want, including grey big designs, military green versions, pink coats, the ones colored in pastel hues, camel must-haves, as well as classic black essentials. My personal favorite is camel coat in wrap style. Anyway, read on to see all my favorite long coats to wear in your everyday life.

I know many ladies who think that long coats are those midi ones, but they are way longer! Indeed, if you want to achieve that very special, dramatic and sophisticated look, then you better go for all those 1970’s and 1980’s styles that can be completed with plain tees and rugged jeans. Believe it or not, but I think long coats are more flattering and trendy than any other length. I am so obsessed with slightly oversized, wrap designs completed with belts. If you are beginner to long coats, then you better try on black one. Why? They are extremely versatile and can look dusty, old, edgy, sophisticated and glamour. If you want to try on something different, then you should give a try to camel, lgith grey, as well as to neutral colors. I am so in love with hobo-chic styles that are a bit oversized, slouchy and effortlessly chic. Speaking of details, then you can pop up your collar to underline your individuality. Personally, I love adding embellished and eye-catching belts. Another great thing is the Tomboy style that can be completed with sneakers, cool jeans (can be ripped), or skirts. I know many ladies who underline their individuality by adding sexy mini dresses underneath big coats. The result looks incredibly chic and awesome! If you want to look sexy and sophisticated, then you better add sultry heels, cool dress or suit underneath your lovely coat. Another great way to brighten up your look is to wear two outerwear pieces at once. For instance, go for a leather jacket under big coat. The result will drive you crazy!
